I want to bring ranked servers back to SA DOTA 2.

It failed in the past but there are a lot more SA DOTA 2 players now and there is a new rank system and bla bla bla just for the the love of a shared tango bring it back we don't want to play with 200 ping on EU servers and get a random pair of Russians on our team...
