Petition: Bring Beastars to GKIDS for Physical & Theatrical Release!
Why This Matters
Beastars is one of the most unique and critically acclaimed anime series in recent years, blending deep storytelling with stunning 3D animation from Studio Orange. However, many anime fans are unable to watch it because it is exclusive to Netflix, a paid streaming service that not everyone can afford.

GKIDS is known for bringing high-quality anime films and series to theaters, home video, and accessible platforms. With their experience distributing Neon Genesis Evangelion, Weathering With You, and Studio Ghibli classics, they are the perfect company to help make Beastars available to a wider audience.

What We Want
We, the undersigned, request that GKIDS work with Netflix and Fuji TV to:
✅ Release Beastars on Blu-ray/DVD with English & Japanese audio, special features, and collectible packaging.
✅ Organize limited theatrical screenings of Beastars in major cities, allowing fans to experience it on the big screen.
✅ Make Beastars available on free or affordable platforms, such as ad-supported streaming services (Tubi, Pluto TV) or public libraries.
✅ Help preserve and promote Beastars as an important anime series outside of the Netflix ecosystem.
