Shane Rose has dedicated his life to equestrian sport and the equestrian community. He is also one of our most successful athletes, a three-time Olympic medallist no less!

Shane recently embraced a fancy dress competition with 3 different costumes, including one no different to what's seen on many an Aussie beach, or will be seen at the upcoming Sydney Mardi Gras which is promoted live on national TV. It is unclear what rule Shane broke, as he certainly wasn't eliminated at the event. 

He brought entertainment and interest to the class and he made people smile. This was the purpose of the event. 

Sadly someone complained, and now Equestrian Australia has suspended Shane, impacting his preparations for the Paris Olympics.
