Just wanted too touch base and let everyone know that this petition was started before covid 19 and that we are continuing to seek signatures during this time with the hope and though that things will return to normal and that rather than have to start again once the pandemic is no longer a threat it is a better idea to keep forging ahead. So far we have over 600 signatures from 30 different countries. Once we have reached our goal of 2000 signatures we will still have to go to city hall and make a presentation to Mayor and Council. I have done this 4 times already for arena sized events held in Victoria and even with the police arguing against us we won 4 out of 4 times with a total of 155 out of 156 votes in favour. Nothing of value comes cheaply nor easily and this petitionis part of a 100 page business plan. Our goal was to host Love Rules the Universe in September 2021. With the state of things as they are this date may get postponed. I do know however that orginization the key to success so that is the main reason we are continuing to seek your support and raise awareness about our plans and goals.
