The case of this little boys incident and my daughters is nearly identical.

  • my daughter was the only child picked up
  • the bus turned up after school run.
  • The centre director were the drivers
  • my daughter was also sitting two rows behind the driver
  • no sign in and definitely no sign off the bus
  • I too have been invoiced for the day of my daughters incident so my daughter was signed in at one point ( my daughter didn’t die so it wasn’t investigated thoroughly), was that why she was missed also?

So at what point will the company be held accountable?
The company knew the bus procedures didn’t work but I can’t see much of a difference between this boys incident and the actions of the staff and my child’s from two years ago ? So With this evidence when and how was the training of these “new” procedures that I was informed about implemented ?

why was the boy left on the bus is the questions on the everyone ones lips , I’ve already experienced that and I know.
I also know how .... incompetence of the centre administration and the implicated workers.
What I don’t know is when something is going to be done about it ?

Thanks for signing hopefully these questions will be answered too hopefully in the near future due to your support in this very important cause!
