First of all thanks to all that have signed and share.

From my daughter’s 2018 incident I was promise that the procedures would be changed in writing by Goodstart lawyers. It seems none of those procedures were used on that fatal day for the little boy up in cairns.

This makes me angry beyond belief and shows the incompetence of the CEO and their ability to train their staff. The Goodstart administration should be replaced! 
Goodstarts buses are primarily used to get school aged children (siblings of the toddlers that attend Goodstart ) to and from primary school. Even though convenient for parents it shows this service comes at a hefty price of death and psychological trauma to others due to the mismanagement.

So its requested that the childcare buses should be removed from all childcare centres and in doing so remove the before and after school care for older children ( which is attainable through most primary schools) and just focus on the age group that these services are intended for. 

The national laws that surround childcare should also be better defined and made sure there monitored more closely. Their is no current national law regarding these childcare buses so they shouldn’t exists! 

Aiming for a federal petition to be created in due time and hopefully eventually a royal commission into childcare.
