Good morning Ms. Lisa:

I am hospitalized because of the major depression and suicidal risk. The last hearing I attended on Jan. 12, 2026, since the village office of Standard of the lawyer taken one more step up (since my both properties under my incorporating company, they request the court I have to have lawyer), the judge doesn't want to listen although I have my affidavit with list of evidence, she struck out my case.

My case with the village office was filed with RCMP Strathmore investigator Mr. Randolph Romkey for the harassment with the village office (include for illegal snow dumping, stolen vending machine, and harassment) who informed that I better to get fair justice through from the civil court system since this is related with municipality office, not individual person. He might request the previous RCMP investigator to attend the court as a witness since RCMP is powerless for my case related to the municipality..

Alberta Minister of Municipal Affair encouraged me to file my complaint to the Alberta Human Rights Commission ana Alberta Ombudsman, it never workout since they just rely on the fake statement submitted by the village office, especially the Alberta Ombudsman used wrong evidence closed my case, and informed me that they will no longer respond my complaint afterwards, which is just more encourage village office taken more advantages through from the system and my mental health issues abuse more one after the others.

Now I am totally lost control with my both properties, my realtor and liquidator both unable to sell my properties and movable assets whenever the village office illegally seized both of my properties, especially on the January 12, 2026, the judge struckout my urgent injunction, and the village office became the position with both of my properties, which I lost all of my movable assets and my properties completely even though I requested the village office to let my realtor and liquidator access my properties and continually selling my assets and properties.

By the fact, from my affidavit and list of the evidence, it clearly stated that I never owe any money to the village office of Standard, which is the village office of Standard owes me money since they never paid for illegal snow dumping on both of my properties. Please check I attached below and wish you would help me forward it to the Alberta Minister of Municipal Affair. It clearly shows how the village office abused their authorities step by step until they became the position on both my properties and my movable assets.
