Finally I filed a statement of Claim against Alberta Land Title Office:

Dear Sir or Madam at the Alberta Land Titles Office,

Please be advised that, as an agency representing the Government of Alberta, your office has, without investigation and without proper notice, allowed the Village of Standard municipal administration to unlawfully seize both of my properties located in the Village of Standard. Additionally, the municipality imposed unauthorized lock changes, which prevented my realtor, Ms. Debbie Mitzner, and my liquidator, Ms. Lisa Bennett, from continuing their efforts to sell my properties and my movable assets.

These actions have further caused significant hardship to my family, including the loss of access to our winter clothing, winter tires, and other essential belongings. I respectfully request that your office address and resolve this matter immediately to prevent any further damages.

Please find attached Statement of Claim No. 2501-19973, along with proof of service of the court documents delivered to your office in person and by electronic mail to the address posted on your window.
