Finally I filed notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal of Alberta because of the systemic racism that the pre-trial judge from the hearing didn't do his job as a conciliator , granted a judgement as a favor to the municipality office of Standard, even his judgement is invalid, which the defendant still took advantage of the legal justice system illegally seize my hotel land; furthermore, the defendant took advantage again of the legal justice system to dismiss my statement of claim. Tomorrow I will file a case to sue the Alberta Ombudsman since they didn't respect their duty, otherwise the municipality can't go that far from endless discrimination treatments led to legal harassment severy import my personal, my family and my business mentally, physically, and financially...
