@ This is a great comment I received when I posted my problem with a small-town political issues:

Jay Richard: Peter, as long as you have backed up your accusations with evidence, I think we should push to do donations and have these individual politicians sued and the town as well for your troubles. Put a black eye on all the politicians in the town and if you win, to keep good with others in the community, you can share some of that with a donation to something the town needs. I would love to support however I can- I believe government should be as small as possible and work for the people of the community, not make it harder.

Here is my reply: Jay Richard, this is the problem: any government agencies you knock, they all tell you that "We have no authority to the municipality, that answer you could get from the Alberta Municipal Affair, even from the county government as well. Now I wondered to the court: How the court would measure for the punishment whenever the municipality unlawful over use its power to abuse its citizens? Especially, the municipality is the municipal Act law enforcer???

And that was the reason the mayor from a small town would so proud announced "I am the King in this village, my words is the rule that YOU have to follow!" What is your opinions to have such municipality government to ruling the town???
And that is the reason I started this petition for me, for you, for my family, and for the others.
