The Issue

Fans around the world have supported ENHYPEN and other artists under HYBE and Belift Lab for years, yet these companies continue to mismanage their artists, frequently dismissing them or making harmful decisions that threaten their careers.

There are documented allegations and legal evidence raising serious concerns about the conduct of executives, including Kim Tae‑ho, President of Belift Lab, and Bang Si‑hyuk, Chairman of HYBE. The repeated mistreatment of artists, potentially used to distract from or conceal misconduct, is unacceptable and endangers both the well-being and the careers of the artists.

These artists are deeply valued by their fans, who invest time, support, and trust in them. Fans demand transparency, accountability, and respect for the artists who give their talent, time, and hearts to the public.

We call on HYBE and Belift Lab to stop harmful practices, properly protect their artists, and be held accountable, and we urge the relevant authorities in South Korea to investigate and take necessary action to ensure the safety and fair treatment of all artists under these companies
