Legal gender recognition is a fundamental right and needs to be guaranteed to protect trans and intersex people from discrimination and violence. Without being able to legally change gender and first name, ordinary things like picking up a parcel, opening a bank account or simply presenting their ID can become a daily source of difficulties. Article 33 doesn't do anything good, it just takes away basic human rights, can and will cause discrimination and violence. We need your help, this has to change!
