This is a petition dedicated to my boy’s in a huge attempt to save their life’s and put a end to all the lies that all have told by a few whilst acting in concert with corrupt police and their partners.
I guess I should really start by telling you a bit about myself my names Kimberly Baff and some of you may remember me from a YouTube site I had in 2013 that helped to highlight police abuse in Falkirk upon a disabled girl, that girl was me.

A SHAMED cop is facing the boot after he admitted failing in his duty to protect life by urging a vulnerable woman to kill her own mother.

Anyway that was in 2013 I have to say it took four and a half years for the same police force he worked for to act and actually get him into court, this was only achieved once we went public on social media.
Since then life has been made very difficult indeed for myself and my carer, and we have been hounded out off address after address attacked and abused by all and now they are putting there focus on my boy’s and planing on killing them all because we spoke out about child abuse.
A BIT ABOUT COLE AND TOBY (THE BOY’S )
Cole and Toby are both rottweilers , Cole is three years old and has been fully trained by my carer and life coach, to help assist me with my disability. Cole has helped me more than anyone really knows since Cole joined our family my confidence to leave the house unproved beyond words, as I suffer form high scale panic attacks brought on by stress, I find that I don’t suffer as many in a day as I used to as Cole is my best friend, he helps me emotionally and physically I used to love going shopping with him and him helping me around the shops but due to all the abuse and corruption he can no longer do this.
As for Toby , Toby is two and the start of his life wasn’t that good although his previous owners did there best and really loved Toby. he was mainly and solely a gaurd dog but with the help of my carer who is one off the best and fastest dog trainer I have ever known and is head hunted by all, nicknamed last chance saloon he has trained hundreds if not thousands of dogs all over Scotland and Ireland. Toby is now a happy playful and very loving Pet who is extremely comical and always manages to make me laugh and smile no matter how I am feeling and whats going on in my life Toby will always have me smiling.
WHY THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL MY BOY’S
OK this is the information you all need but you have to know the first part to truly understand why.
We moved to a village in Aberdeenshire in February and within 48 hours we were under attack from all. Over the months from February to November, we have been threatened by letting agents and their fathers neighbors and a man waving hammers, we have been attacked by multiple people and dogs that have all left there marks on my boys and I myself have been threatened that if I did not leave the area then I would be killed along with my dogs. Police have covered over all of this .
Anyway, ill get to the point of the corruption and all the lies that are resulting in my boy’s being killed due to PURE LIES AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS made by a neighbor’s known as ******** and a post-woman known as ***** who are working in with police, local authorities, and letting agents and the letting agents father. These dogs are going to be killed.
Here is a bit of interesting information for you all. Myself and my carer were informed months prior to all these false allegation’s by two men that were friends that this was on the cards for our boy’s and the daughter of the neighbor ******** known as ***** posted on social media on the 20th of August, that the post-woman known as ****** was attacked by Toby. The post shows an injury that no dog in the planet could have done .
But the post-woman claims to all including the police and news papers that she was attacked on the 6th of September three weeks after **** posted the picture but the corrupt police have covered this up not knowing I have all evidence .
On the back off this one lie the council dog warden has placed us under a dog control order and 645 people in the village have singed a petition, the end game is to kill my boy’s.
I need all of you to help not only to save my boy’s but to put a end to corruption and torture on child abuse victims who speak out. Please I beg of you all help us now time is running out.

Self Sacrifice to save the boy's.
I only have until the 2nd of November to do a legal appeal process and i do not know what I am doing. The appeal solicitors lied to me through and through and failed to identify "crucial evidence" and threatened that the police might come and take me away along with my computers for all the evidence that I have on the "organized crime". Suggestions are that either my carer or, and I have made the whole thing up? Also lied on other issues. To protect myself from the organized criminal attempts against us both we have secured the evidences with multiple copies and instructions to the people that are helping us to release the whole lot over multiple media streams. If we are to be dragged away to protect an organized crime ring then please contact your local MP, MSP asking for answers. Copies of all evidences are being sent to the European Court for Community Justice.
The first minister for Scotland must intervene now to prevent my boy's from being killed. Nothing else is going to stop the criminals from covering their tracks. Six solicitors one QC four clerks three procurator fiscals, three Sheriffs have no understanding of the definition of "crucial evidence".
Two separate Bills of Suspension and a Compatibility Minute are being tendered to the Sheriff Appeal Court in Edinburgh along with a compatibility Minute to the High Court of Scotland.
An action upon the First Minister and the Justice Minister for Persecution and Torture by the State may be tendered if their is a failure to act in the prevention of Hate Crimes, Disability Discrimination and Organized Crime will be tendered to the Supreme Court in London if the Minister's fail to intervene by the 2nd of November 2020 in what is the worst case we have ever witnessed in a Scottish Court.
A bill to suspend the death sentence on the boy's is also being prepared pending a full review of the evidence that was used to bring to a long time promise to kill my boy's.
The evidence procured is easily refuted with common sense never mind the evidence that we have that the claim the "alleged Victim" made of the sixth of September 2018.
The court appointed a defense solicitor only to shut us up from revealing the truth. The threats that we would be shot for even trying to take it to trial went unreported to the proper authorities by the impartial tribunal that was their to protect these very things from taking place. We reported these things to the Sheriff Court and Tribunal Service. We reported these things to the Crown and Procurator Fiscal Service. We reported these things to the "COURT POLICE MAN" We reported these things to the "Court Appointed Defense Solicitor". No one done a thing.
Other attackers were let of at court. The same court. The same Sheriff and the same Crown and Procurator Fiscals Office. The cases fell as a result of witnesses not turning up and at no time did the Prosecution crave a warrant for the arrest of the witnesses. We later found out that the witnesses were duly cited by the fiscal's office, however the "POLICE" would turn up the night before the trial to tell one main witness "NOT TO TURN UP"? The due process would be for the prosecution to crave a warrant for the arrest of the witness.
In Scottish courts the Crown and Procurator Fiscal Service has four chances to prepare and organize the trial and to make sure that the witnesses are there either by way of citation or by warrant. Why no warrant was ever craved by the fiscal is beyond belief and why the Sheriff never thought to initiate a warrant realizing at the third calling of the case that the fiscal had still failed to do so and that the case would collapse at the next calling of the case if this witness was simply to repeat the non-appearance behavior that the witness had shown the court in the previous three attempts the Sheriff would have known that the trial would collapse against him.
I suppose the offense of threatening a disabled girl with hammers in broad daylight with the threat that if she did not leave the village then her dog's would be killed is not such a bad thing before the courts. and the threat to kill my boy's is real. I did not leave the village the boy's were poisoned beaten set upon by fighting dog's. My boy's and i were ripped to shreds. I needed hospital treatment and the Cole needed to go to the vets ripped now scarred to bits.
The back of the house was set on fire, all my windows were smashed in. After making over 300 calls to the Police Service of Scotland and a year and a half of laboriously dealing with Police they concluded that we smashed our own house up. We set ourselves on fire. We attacked ourselves and the boy's.... threatened to shoot ourselves if we gave evidence.

                                                          Is their a solicitor in Scotland that is prepared to help? Not since 2006 and we have all this recorded. Everything.
