People in Indonesia has been hipnotized by the murder case of Wayan Mirna Salihin by Jessica Wongso as the accused murderer. 

But from 32 times Indonesian court session, the unplausable fact of Cause of Death, Murder weapon and motive of murder has not been agreed.

The trace of suspected poison (cyanide) used was not found in the body of victim in the first 70 minutes of death. Instead, it was found three days later and with amount of only 0.2 mg per liter. More over, the District Attorney believes that mentioned fact without any autopsy of the victim. And in my opinion, if this kind of arguments is used to define the cause of death from the victim, it should be stated "UNDIFINED"

The circumctances of the accused pre murder was brought to the court without any undeniable facts that the accused was premeditating her murder scheme in doing so. This court fact was used to be the major evidence to proof that Jessica Wongso was premeditating the murder of Wayan Mirna Salihin.

And there are other court facts that just don't feel right to drop the hammer to Jessica Wongso.

This is the very reason I write this petition:

1. If Jessica Wongso really killed Wayan Mirna Salihin in a pre meditated murder with Cyanide Poisoning, The COURT OF LAW have to proof that she is guilty without any deniable proof.

2. Don't Judge a Man by his/or her attitude in the past. But, Judge a man that the facts stated he/she is guilty as charged with the realible and empirical proof and facts.

3. This court might escalated to be a scandal if not guarded enough from you, sir. Mr. Yassonna Laolly and Mr Joko WIdodo. Because, eventhough this is like any regular murder case, but this one case has been watched by millions of Indonesian, and the world citizen. If with only the facts that can easily be broken with empirical proof a man can be sentenced of murder, then it shows the world how fragile it is the JUSTICE SYSTEM in our beloved Indonesia.

4. For those of you feeling the same as what I feel, Indonesian people or the people of the world, please sign this petition.

5. Disclaimer: I don't know mirna, I don't know Jessica, I don't know Salihin or Wongso. But from the courts of law I watched and the proof and facts that was brought to that courts I, my self, are having reasonable DOUBT of the accused poisoning the victim. 

6. Despite of weather or not Jessica killed Mirna Salihin, the COURT OF LAW has failed to proof the case is undeniable to come to conclussion

So I called to the Indonesian Law Enforcers to upheld justice and proof any clue of the incident so that no one is held accountable for the action that he/she didn't do and someone is fit enough to be answering for the action he/she did that has taken a human life.
