Hai Ho Duy has just been sentenced to death by The Supreme Court in Hà Nội, Vietnam. Following the process, we believe that Hai was judged unjustly. Hai said, the authorities tortured and forced him into signing a confession for theft and murder even he wasn’t the perpetrator. The trial also had serious errors and contained many hidden and signs of bribery from the real perpetrator (not Hai Ho) was covered up by investigators and the court team. Some of the original evidences had been replaced by fake ones. The evidences in the crime and in the conviction file are not match together. Some of witnesses involved in the case had been killed to cover up important information related to the case. Please raise our voice to protect Hai from death sentence from injustice legal system from Vietnam.
