Life has been increasingly perilous for us. Living in what was supposed to be a secure environment has only exacerbated the dangers we face. My girlfriend, an indigenous woman and a survivor of immense trauma, now deals with a sudden change in behavior. This shift puts both of us at greater risk, and it is disheartening to witness the vulnerability be exploited rather than protected.

Despite our attempt to find refuge in a place that promised security, my girlfriend's behavior drastically changed, turning against me in a way that is difficult to comprehend. The place that was meant to be our sanctuary has instead become a space of fear and instability. This dire situation calls for immediate action to find a more private and secure living environment.

My girlfriend suffers from intellectual disabilities, which makes it imperative to provide stability and understanding. Her past traumas compound the urgency of our situation, as it is essential to avoid environments where her vulnerabilities could be further taken advantage of.
