The shocking news came out that Freeform has cancelled its top-rated program, Siren after 3 seasons. For fans everywhere, this is crushing. Siren has provided countless hours of entertainment for people all over the world. It’s unique, unlike anything else on TV. The storylines, characters and cast are amongst some of the most diverse on TV. 

Besides having an incredible cast of wonderful and talented people, the crew—everyone from the underwater teams, stunts, craft services, directors all the way to the people in the production office—are some of the hardest working and creative people in the business. They all played a part in bringing Siren to life. They all deserve to have the show continue.  

It can’t end now! We need more, we NEED season 4!! There’s no other show that brings mermaids to life while including storylines that are so relevant and important in today’s world. The representation of diversity and inclusion were unparalleled and set the bar high for other programs out there. We need that to continue. 

Freeform may not want to give Siren another season (though we hope they’ll reconsider), but that doesn’t mean it can’t find a new home! Sign the petition, share it with everyone and let’s get Siren back on the air!!
