Hello! I live in Russia. The gaming community in my country is the second-highest number of the all of STEAM's users. Why can't you provide us the same attention as the rest of community gets. Look, there is an in-game situation: if there are two players and one of them has a ping of 120, and the other of 10, if it is, for example, 1 vs 1 AWP - the outcome is clear. In 80% of cases (but it's not exact), the one whose delay is less is to win, it's quite logical. After all, also we should take into account the fact that there are the following delays, which makes the game more difficult to play: 1- response of a mouse, display, and so forth. Therefore, I beg you, please, try to open Valve's server in Russia. I somehow reached the legendary Eagle rank, but then it seems to me that I won't be able to go through with the ping of 120-200 ms. Thank you for your time.

And I almost forgot. To kill five birds with one stone, the server must be set in Novosibirsk.

I still check the petition out as far as it's possible.
