We're not too far from 5,000 supporters! Just 800 more to go before we solidify our stance against HTC. If they know what's good for them, they won't ignore what 5,000 One S users have to say. Add on the 1,600 supporters from the other One S petition and that's 6,600 unhappy users. Serious action should be taken by HTC to keep these customers. The company's marginal profits are down by 83% compared to last year and while software updates won't increase revenue in the short term, they will in the long term when customers provide brand loyalty and trust. That's what HTC needs to think about.
