We are at a critical point in the Campaign to Save Leather Lane Oaks.
Our engineer has come up with a draft design and we are due to meet with HS2’s sub-contractors EKFB week beginning 21st March.
We can still make a difference and need all the support we can get to make this a happen.

27th January – we sent a letter signed by 0ver 360 local residents to EKFB, Great Missenden Parish Council and Bucks Council demanding a full consideration of our design on the north side of Leather Lane and mitigation for the fragmentation of the bat corridor at the Track – you can sign here Campaign to Save Leather Lane Oaks (google.com)
22nd February – we wrote to Defra via our MP Sarah Green to ask for support. We attached the reports of the UK’s top bat experts who are supporting our campaign. http://misbourneprotection-wp.co.uk/leather-lane-letter-to-defra
We have the support of the UK’s top experts including Anna Berthinussen and John Altringham. They say it is absolutely crucial to save the remaining 87 oaks and bat corridor in order to protect the bat corridor as well as implement mitigation for the fragmentation at the Track.
