I hope you are all having a lovely bank holiday Easter weekend.
Attached is the link to a video I have created and dedicated to all of the people who are working to save woodlands, trees and wildlife from the unnecessary destruction by HS2, across the UK.
Please listen, share, like, comment and donate to the link on this video. If every one of the 40,800 supporters of this petition donated 50p, we'd have reached our goal to fund the legal battle against HS2; to hold them accountable for their actions and save wildlife.
The support from the local community and environmental activists to save both Leather Lane and Jones Hill Wood has been overwhelming and I can only express my gratitude in the way I know best; through song.
When starting this petition, I never expected so many signatures and now we have raised enough awareness to have, so far, saved 40% of the trees on Leather Lane and forced HS2 to review their initial plans! However, we mustn't get complacent. We must continue to share this petition and make others aware of the crimes HS2 are committing in any way we can, so that we can save even more areas from being destroyed by HS2 across the country.
Please also bear in mind that all money donated to the link below goes towards the legal battle to save both Leather Lane oaks and Jones Hill Wood collectively.
