State Delegation Work Session, January 23rd at 8:30am

If the work session on January 12th is any clue, the State Delegation will likely give the issue of impact fees much less attention at their January 23rd work session, which will cover more legislation.

This works in favor of developers because they would rather talk about anything else but the massive subsidy they receive due to low school impact fees. They have managed to get some State Legislators insert the topic of transfer taxes and redistricting as a way to deflect from impact fees. Do not let them.
