MD Governor: Ben Jealous

Hogan has previously deployed MD National Guard to the border to assist Trump's border policies, and it is unclear if they are currently still there. He has also opposed the MD TRUST Act, a bill that would protect undocumented immigrants and establish some sanctuary policies for MD.
