Big money real estate investors are buying up flats, apartments, single family homes and squeezing every nickel they can out of the rent. - No more are the days that a young person or family can buy a "starter home" in a solid neighborhood and build their own independence. - Those homes are scooped by by "Black Rock" and an every increasing list of international real estate investors.

But this petition has to do with the financially and housing marginalized who have been kicked out onto the street when they are considered to be an undesirable tenant and in this case study real estate and property management agencies such as STL Buy & Sell Realtors, LLC in St. Peters, Missouri who bring all the powers of the state and civil courts upon the backs of the poor to expedite evictions. In this treatise I will present three evictions that occurred in 2025/2026 naming the agency as plaintiff for consideration and in support of the demand for justice.

The following three evictions that occurred in 2025/2026 demonstrates that each one of these tenants did not know of their rights under Missouri Statute neither did they have any legal representation to inform them of their right nor advocate for them.

However, the agency retained one of the most notorious and effective "hired guns" in St. Louis (Matthew S.
