How Big Does a Minority Have to Be to Reshape Society?

Studies show that the tipping point is just 25%. 

So let's guestimate that the Toowoomba region has 160 000 people for population...therefore 25% is 40 000.

40 000 - That is our signature target.

We can do this, we can create change for a better future for all.
