Thank you for your engagement with our organization through the petition. With your public shows of support, we were able to meet with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) about our land insecurity issue.

On Thursday, July 8th we met with HABC. It was decided that Black Yield Institute will remain at Cherry Hill Urban Community Garden through the end of this year. There will be rapid changes over the next 6 months. Please stay connected and be prepared to show your support again in the future. 

We respect this decision while understanding that our work against Food Apartheid must continue.
