It took Army Cid 2 months to start looking for Vanessa Guillen. Army CID stated to the family and to their lawyer " SEXUAL HARRASMENT IS NOT A CRIME IT IS NOT CRIMINAL." We do not need this kind of agency protecting the people or the Soldiers of the United States. Army Cid was not transparent towards the Guillen family and their attorney with the findings in the case..We want another Federal Agency supervising Army CID and if not they need to be defunded as an investigative agency, since they can't do adequate investigations. Some other agencies should take lead on these types of cases either FBI, US MARSHALLS, DOJ some other agency with actual criminal justice knowledge, but NOT Army CID...Someone in this agency needs to be held accountable for these non ethical comments as well.
