Policy Pledge added after Hounslow Council’s Manifesto Consultation

Dear Comrade, We've added a new policy pledge to our list of social care policies: Recruit and train carers locally, at the ward level, so that adult carers can be their neighbours- this will remove existing travel time and costs endured by agency staff and contribute towards more cohesive communities. Develop an “Uber” style App for carers to allow adults in care and their families to book, rate and recommend local carers when needed.
