Hot Toys has made different Pirates of the Caribbean characters in the past. More recently they’ve done a Dead Men Tell No Tales Captain Jack Sparrow. Personally, I think the Jack Sparrow figure is incredible looking and I can’t wait to get it. But there’s another iconic character that would be a great addition to the Hot Toys line up, Captain Barbossa from Dead Men Tell No Tales. I chose this version of Barbossa because it was the final part of his story arc. He finally became the pirate king as he’d always hoped and was truly living the pirates life. Seeing a Captain Barbossa figure in his iconic garb from Dead Men Tell No Tales along with accessories like his wig, the sword of triton, his blunderbuss, Jack the monkey, etc, would make for a really great figure to add to collections. Hot Toys, please make more Pirates of the Caribbean figures, especially Dead Men Tell No Tales Barbossa.
