Horry County School District has decided to NOT have a graduation ceremony for the class of 2020 instead of just Postponing it. This is unacceptable to our kids and us as parents. We have worked so hard to finally see this huge accomplishment and they have decided to take this away from them. Their entire senior year has been taking away as it is due to the COVID-19 virus however there is no reason to take this away from them and just reschedule it. These kids feel like they worked so hard for nothing. Parents have put in to much hard work and time to be able to see our kids walk and receive such a huge accomplishment and to have that taking away is completely DEVESTATING to us parents and to our kids.
