A quick update for anyone interested and following this saga unfold.

I emailed the CEO on Monday and Wednesday of this week. And.... I have heard nothing back.... zip, diddly squat, absolutely nada. Not even a polite acknowledgement from the PA to say thank you for the emails and we will get back to you in due course.

That tells me a great deal about how this organisation operates and what they really think about the individuals they purport to be helping.
