We have spoken with the town planners at Hornsby Council. They will not tell us if the legal objection to DA1009/2013 has been upheld or has failed. The Business Paper for the Dec 14th Council Meeting will be published around the 1st December. This is very late in the piece for us to be able to mount another legal response. We continue to lobby our HSC Councillors. So far we have had 5 Councillors come down with us and see for the area for themselves. We hope the remaining 5 Councillors will take up our offer of a boat trip to the wetlands at Calabash Bay.
