We met with Council last Weds and it seems that they are scared to refuse the DA because they are short of money. A legal challenge that proves a jurisdictional error may be an option but it must be before the Dec 14 th meeting. Please keep sharing this petition it is the only way to get out the word. We started off strong and need to keep up the fight. If the Councillors pass this DA the Calabash Bay Wetlands will be lost forever.
