WEll, no news from insurance company yet.. they are still saying they WILL NOT pay for the HIPEC SURGERY {Life saving surgery).. So on April 4th we went to the CTCA Hospital and decided we couldn't wait any longer.. By this insurance company playing games for 3 weeks my cancer had spread over 99% of my organs.. So we had the surgery and before surgery we had to sign a note that we would be responsible for the HIPEC SURGERY ($35,000).. I know today that they operated and found cancer on all my organs and removed it the best they could and then for 2 hours shut me up and ran the HIPEC (heated chemo) through out my abdominal area to kill what they couldn't get or couldn't see. Time will tell but I do believe it was successful.. I woke up hungry and still hungry.. I have not been hungry for 4yrs when all this started.. PRAISE GOD!!! I have been home since Saturday and should of been in there one more week but immediately I got out of bed and started walking and this made all my organs start functioning again.. I do know i was not alone in that surgery room.. The GREAT PHYSICIAN went in first and did his work before the drs even started.... Now the reality starts.. I dont know of anyone having $35,000 laying around and neither do I but I do owe on this and if by any means you can put in a little money, even $5 it all adds up and this can get paid.
