I would like to know how much you have spent on math tutoring for your child(ren). and/or I would also like to know how many hours you have spent teaching math to your child(ren). This is information that the Ministry of Education has no interest in collecting, yet it is extremely important data. If the Ministry is unwilling to collect it and simply prefers to deny that there is a problem with math education, we can collect it for them.
