I am filing this petition with such a heavy and sorrow heart hoping that my cries and prayers would be heard by the CM of Telangana, India and those devilish morons would be severely punished. This shocking incident proves how few morons ceased to be human beings. If we don't raise our voice, loud enough to be heard by those so called law makers, government organizations, Animal welfare associations against such atrocities, god knows how many more such heinous crimes do we have to come across everyday.

Five morons, unknown and unidentified minors, who, totally oblivious of their existence, having lost their senses and do not even qualify to be classified as human beings have burnt three cute little puppies alive in Hyderabad, India on July 16th. Their brutality knew no boundaries that they tied them together and threw them in to the fire without letting puppies escape or run when they were trying to save their lives. It is unfortunate that they had the audacity to film entire incident without an iota of shame, decency, responsibility, humanity or any kind of morality. It is also very unfortunate that there was no one who could hear the loud cry of those babies and save them.

Unfortunately there is no harsh punishment for such erratic atrocities or gruesome killing of animals in India. Although a case under section, IPC 429 has been registered against them, I am not sure, how these culprits will be punished or if they will be punished at all. The purpose of this petition is to raise voice against such atrocities and sincerely , infinity times, request humbly, our honorable chief minister of Telangana to punish those culprits in such a away, that no one, in future would dare to commit such inhuman/insane crime ever. I request Govt. Of Telangana/Hon.CM of Telangana, India:

           1. To kindly take a stern action against these criminals

          2. To NOT set a precedence by not punishing those culprits thus paving a way for more such heinous acts against animals.

         3. that Victims should not be left with some fine etc., even if they are minors. Any punishment is not enough for them.

          4. To kindly introduce more stringent and punishable laws against animal    cruelty

         5. To ensure that the strict punishments are enforced against those who commit cruelty towards animals
