2nd Trial Finished - Hung jury

The 2nd trial started on 3/1/2021 and wrapped up on 3/8/21. On 3/10/21 the jury ended up hung once again. Daveon was sent back to jail to be held without bond once again. The prosecution decided to try the case a 3rd time. It is currently waiting to be rescheduled.
