Honor Kim Little with a statue outside Emirates Stadium

Honor Kim Little with a statue outside Emirates Stadium
The Issue
Kim Little MBE is one of the greatest footballers of all time. Her unwavering dedication, leadership, and exceptional talent on the pitch has inspired a generation of young footballers. As our captain, she embodies the spirit that Arsenal stands for. Her commitment and passion for the game are unparalleled, making her not just a player, but a true legend of our club.
Little played a pivotal role in leading Arsenal Women's team to numerous victories, including multiple league titles, FA Cups, UEFA Women's Champion's League and the Women's Champions Cup. Her skill and vision on and off the field have left an imprint on the history of Arsenal, further cementing her status as one of the greatest players to ever wear red and white. Recognising her outstanding contributions with a statue outside the Emirates Stadium would immortalize her legacy and continue to inspire future generations of fans and players alike.
Kim Little joined Arsenal at the age of 17. She has appeared for Arsenal 400+ times and scored over 175 goals for us, which is all the more impressive when you consider she took 4 years out to play abroad before coming back home to our club. But Little isn't just a club legend, she's a FA Player of the Year, PFA Women's Players' Player of the Year, BBC Women's Player of the Year, and has won many more impressive awards. She is undeniably one of the greatest female footballers of all time.
It has been fantastic to see the block by block campaign make The Emirates truly feel like home for the women's team. Erecting a statue in Kim Little's honour would not only celebrate her personal achievements but also underscore the importance of the women's team and how serious the club is about making this their true home ground.
Please sign this petition urging the club to put a statue of Kim Little outside the Emirates Stadium where she can be appreciated like our other legendary club captain Tony Adams. By doing this we can ensure that her legacy, and the Arsenal Women team's achievements under her captaincy, are rightfully honoured and remembered, and inspire visitors to the stadium for generations to come.
