Statewide movement to Amend the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act 1970
Leaders and coordinators of this campaign are reaching out to the law makers of the State of Maharashtra. Yesterday, they met Minister for State for Housing Shri. Ravindra Waikar at his office in Mumbai.
Shri Ravi Sinha, Shri Vishwas Chavan, Shri. Giridhar Muradnar and Raju Natrajan met Shri Ravindra Waikar, Hon State Minister for Housing and also met Shri Subhash Deshmukh, Hon Co-operative Minister and handed over Akhil Bharatiya Grahak Panchayat demand letter for amendment of Apartment Act.
They have discussed the matter in detail and have recieved positive response . Hon Ministers have directed the concerned officers to look into the matter.
