SIGN, SHARE & PROMOTE THE PETITION

Yesterday, we grabbed an opportunity to meet Hon. Subhash Deshmukh, Minister for Cooperation, Government of Maharashtra and presented him with a list of demands inorder to turn the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970 consumer friendly.

Dr. Vishwas Chavan and Shri. Ravindra Sinha presented this memo on behalf of the Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Panchayat, the Maharashtra  Societies Welfare Association, and other citizens agencies and/or organizations.

Hon. Minister gave a patient hearing amidst the swell of visitors who wanted to reach out to him. He instructed his officers to take appropriate next steps in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing.
