Here is a part of my TWO HOUR final oral evaluation made by UNBC's instructor, Khaldoun Aldiabat ; none of the other nursing students had to undergo the same type of evaluation. My final evaluation was conducted at the office of a senior manager in Northern Interior Health Unit in Prince George British Columbia Canada during my last clinical practicum shift of my UNBC Community Health Nursing focus practicum course before my graduation.
If not for presence of two Canadian female registered nurses in the room, Khaldoun Aldiabat would have physically beat me or even kill me because I refused to sign his false documentation about me and continuing discrimination against me etc.
At the end of those TWO HOURS on my last clinical practicum shift, Khaldoun Aldiabat deliberately failed my UNBC Community Health Nursing focus practicum course.
Note that Khaldoun Aldiabat, never watched me doing my practicum and the young preceptor, Shellie O’Brien who was in that room was only with me for about 5% -7% of the time of my UNBC Community Health Nursing focus practicum course. The rest of the time during that nursing focus practicum course, I was either working with the different other registered nurses, or I was by myself, or I was on the conference for which I paid and my money from that admission was donated to the foundation and benefited cardiovascular care in Northern British Columbia.
Khaldoun Aldiabat had barely any or none at all Canadian registered nurse experience and knowledge. His education and experience came mainly from Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and he was unwilling to learn, unwilling to adapt to and respect Canadian practice. Moreover, without reason, Khaldoun Aldiabat has had reoccurring aggression, anger outbursts, as well as reoccurring hostility. He was also very rude with me, abusive, misleading / deceptive etc., constantly humiliated, recurrently threatened, and discriminatory/harassing.
It is very wrong to treat like those a student and/or a woman.
Help me and many other British Columbians/Canadians defend our Human Rights/Women’s Rights.
