February 28, 2019  Beside their constant unlawful pressure etc. on my other UNBC nursing instructors to cause as much harm/suffering etc. as they could and by any means to fail me, Martha MacLeod, Sarah Hanson, Lyle Grant, and Khaldoun Aldiabat tried many times to incite hostility towards me from other UNBC nursing students and isolate me from others so that I would not be able to complete my work etc. They were constantly humiliating me etc.

Lindsey Brain was one of my classmates in the nursing program at UNBC.  She with her friend Stephanie Primus organized a discriminatory/racist/hate promoting etc. group from some of my other nursing classmates.  It was because not being born in Canada, speaking in English with an accent because English is not my mother language etc.

Lindsey Brain was swearing at me, also yelled at me calling me a “fucking English second language student” in front of others in a UNBC classroom and was very aggressive jumping with her fists ready physically beat me together with the same very aggressive/angry/hostile/shouting/insulting/humiliating me etc. Stephanie Primus in front of one of UNBC nursing professors.  If not presence of the nursing professor there, Lindsey Brain and Stephanie Primus would have physically violently beat me in the UNBC classroom.  I was horrified from those happening at the Canadian university and frightened. They were also yelling/saying me threats at UNBC and harassed by their threatening etc. phone calls to our home and scared my child because they phoned non-stop as crazy.  I was shocked/traumatized/scared etc. and concerned about my and my child’s safety. Note that Lindsey Brain is a daughter of a principal of a school …

Martha MacLeod with UNBC also deliberately put me together with Lindsey Brain to work in the group of four nursing students although there were around 104 nursing students in my year at UNBC to choose with whom to put me.

Lindsey Brain was also supposed to be failed in three or might be even in four UNBC nursing courses, BUT Martha MacLeod with UNBC turned a blind eye on everything, passed her without any punishment, without any failed UNBC nursing course, and Martha MacLeod approved her graduation from UNBC while patients under her nursing care would be dead due to absence of her required nursing work / her negligence.

What happened at UNBC was much worse than what is in the video of Monir Omerzai (posted in one of my previous updates).  I regret that I did not have the video recording of Lindsey Brain’s conduct with her friend in the UNBC classroom mentioned above and to put it public.  One of my comments for Mr. Omerzai’s video was “Furthermore, those who attacked me and/or my child were not under alcohol influence as the Canadian born white woman tried to make up as an excuse for her racist, hateful, discriminatory unacceptable conduct after it became publicly known by several hundred thousand playing times of your video. I also want to say thank you for showing public the ugly reality of what we and some other people have experienced in Canada.” In around 3 months, his posted video on Facebook reached more than 2 268 018 playing times and received thousands of comments.

When the Canadian government got involved into the public conflict online with Saudi Arabia, in the beginning of August 2018, Mr. Omerzai’s video and all comments were quickly removed/hidden from public seeing one of examples of racism/discrimination in Canada.

To my best knowledge, it was a Caucasian, Canadian born, female UNBC nursing student from a middle-income family who was the last  person somehow managed to hire a lawyer to defend her when UNBC unjustly failed her UNBC nursing course after which UNBC cancelled the right for UNBC students to have a lawyer during her/his appeal at UNBC’s Senate because the lawyer threatened Martha MacLeod and others that they could lose their licenses. After UNBC removed the right for a lawyer, it was openly repeatedly told me that they would fail me before I even submitted my documentation.  They also unjustly/discriminatory etc. failed my last nursing course before my graduation.  It was also awful to hear UNBC’s representative saying with happiness/excitement that to another UNBC student arrived to Prince George the whole family for his graduation celebration and also just before UNBC graduation ceremony they discovered that he was not graduating due to UNBC failed his last UNBC course at the last moment.

The government in BC/Canada has deliberately ignored and hiding the horrible problems about discrimination/racism in BC/Canada, and has deliberately failed to deal with discrimination although substantial resources have been available and “All levels of government within Canada are fully bound by Canada’s international human rights commitments” (BC CEDAW Group, 2016).

As you can see any race, sex, age etc. can be affected by discrimination.  Help us and many other British Columbians/Canadians defend our Human Rights/Women’s Rights and safety for the public/students/patients etc.

SIGN THE PETITION TO SUPPORT and please pass it to others to sign.
