As shared in previous post, the Ministry of Home –Judicial Branch-1 vide letter no: 16/03/2016-Judl. Cell-I dated 4th September 2017, requested for the Petition and the support of 500 people, which was duly forwarded to them. We all know, as seen in our previous petitions, that the strength of the active members are approximately 1400-1500, and there is every possibility that they may not have access to this petition. Kindly sign and spread to the maximum viewers, because every signature/support counts, and due to our efforts that Government has accepted that 498-A is maximum misused, and the effect of their version as clearly seen in their counter affidavit, opposing the criminalization of the marital rape law, filed before the High Court, admitting about the implications of the misuse of law.
