After orders of C.I.C, The Ministry of Home Affairs vide letter has regretted their mistake of not replying to the signed representation made by Hundreds of people opposing the guidelines made by the Social Action Forum in the writ Petition filed by SOCIAL ACTION FORUM (SAF) before the HON’BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA. They further submitted that SAF filed the writ Petition, whose service has not been completed and will consider our representation if and when the Ministry is required to file the counter in the Writ Petition
