Petition to Hon'ble PM / FM: The TEAM Jayaprakash, Jayaraman, Jayaram V, HSN Murthy, HS Vasudeva Rao, Vijayalakshmi Rao have initiated petition on 12.12.2016 pleading personal intervention of PM / FM for redressing grievances of helpless Bank Retirees': 1) Periodical Updation of Pension, 2) 100% DA Nuetralisation, 3) Improvement Family Pension 4) Approving Pension second option to CRS/Dismissed/ Terminated/Removed & other left over emloyees In justification of rightful & lawful entitlement of the Retirees, various court orders passed in the similar cases have been quoted & elaborated in the supplement submitted on 06.04.2017 for personal perusal of PM/ FM. Individual plaints were also filed repeatedly on http://pgportal.gov.in entreating the decision makers at Finance Ministry level also. Unfortunately, such grievances were referred back to IBA & IBA in its own style disposed of the case citing matter as subjudice without giving specific case coming in their way. When UFBU & IBA in collusion have been denying & depriving the lawful entitlement of the bank Retirees right from inception of implementation of pension Regulation Act, 1995, the grievances cell should have referred our grievances to seperate & unbiased third party independent judicial commission to know the injustice meted out to the Bank Retirees. When Government employees, Armed forces, Railways, Law makers, judiciary etc are all allowed periodical updation under CCS Rules,1972 in each & every Pay Commission, why only Bank & Insurance Retirees are deprived & denied of such updations, when guidelines for updation of pension under CCS Rules 1972 & Insurance & Bank Employees Pension Regulations 1995 are same. Inflation, self respect & dignity applies only to Government Pensioners and not to Bank & Insurance Pensioners? Only Gov. Pensioners are human beings & Bank/Insurance Retirees are not? Despite court rulings on many similar cases, why legal proceedings are allowed to be perpetuated for the sake of litigation & why Judiciary is also allowing multiple cases in such common & similar cases & why not treat such perpetuated cases as wasting the precious time of court & contempt of court. Pension updation under CCS Rules are borne through Budgetory allocation which is a burden on Exchequer, whereas, Pension updation etc under Bank/Insurance Employees Pension Regulations 1995 is from their own Corpus fund created under Regulation 5 which is not a burden on Exchequer. Now, the IBA on the repeated instructions of Central Government has invited their natural alliance AIBEA, AIBOA, AIBOC, UFBU to participate to start dialogue on wage revision under XI BPS totally ignoring Retirees Associations like AIBREF, CBPRO, AIBPRA. Serving employees and Retirees Associations have not given any hope of uniting as one force & never given any undertaking & commitment of negotiating Retirees issues and there is no hope of justice from them as they were the signatories in earlier settlements & responsible for the worse state of affairs of the present Retirees.Hence, Retirees!!! You have to fight for your rightful & lawful entitlements. Please strengthen your struggle for protecting fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution, please lodge as many individual petitions as possible on http://pgportal.gov.in to wake up the decision makers to peruse our grievances & redressal of the same. We have also been regularly seeking the public support to our above issues through a world plat form.
