Petition to Hon'ble PM / FM: UPDATE: 28.03.2017 Dear Bank Serving employees, Retirees, Pensioners & other SR. Citizens!!! At the outset, We wish all our Face Book Friends, Relatives, Well wishers and their Family Members a "HAPPY, HEALTHY, WEALTHY, PEACEFUL & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR - 2017-18" Now coming to the point of reference, it is a matter of deep anguish & concern that despite lakhs of Serving & Retired employees in Banking Industry, they failed to understand, realise, felt that their fundamental rights are infringed as envisaged in constitution to entitle for periodical revision in salary, perks & Pension as per Pension Regulation Act instead of NPS for serving employees and subsequently after inevitable retirement, Periodical updation of pension, 100% DA Neutralisation and improvement in family pension to such Retirees/Pensioners as applicable & at par with employees/ Pensioners of Central/State govt, Armed forces under OROP, law makers MLAs/MPs, and now Hon'ble judges. It has been unlawfully denied of such updations/revisions to Bank Brothern and thus deprived them of living the life with self respect & dignity. A movement in this regard is inevitable to safeguard our own interest. In this direction, a Petition was submitted to our Hon'ble PM / FM on 12.12.2016 online by TEAM: Jayaprakash, Jayaraman, Jayaram, HSN Murthy, HS Vasudeva Rao & Vijayalakshmi, followed by many reminders posted on http://pgportal/govt.in/pension, but the same remained unresponded and unresolved. The petition was also lodged on www.Change.Org a world platform, where only 5300 people have supported our genuine cause out of lakhs of Serving employees & retirees, which is a matter of concern. It is high time that either we have to perish or fight for our fundamental rights to achieve & earn the rightful & desired goal for overall benefit & interest of all Bank Serving & Retirees.
