I invite your attention to the pending contempt proceedings against IBA and the CEOs of various banks in CA # 6254 of 2012 filed by AIRBEA (All India Retired Bank Employee’s Association) on behalf of all the affected retirees of various banks as detailed out hereunder:
This is in the wake of the Supreme Court Orders passed in the contempt proceedings against State Bank of India, where in Sri Rajnishkumar, the then CEO of SBI tendered AN UNCONDITIONAL APOLOGY resulting in the disbursal of THE ARREARS OF COMMUTATION DUE PAYABLE TO ALL THE PETITIONERS IN THE ABOVE CA# 6254 of 2012 relating to the landmark judgment pronounced by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in 1616-1684 DA case filed by us which you are quite aware of.
THE DETAILED LIST OF THE CEOs AGAINST WHOM THE CONTEMPT PROCEEDINGS ARE NOW BEING INITIATED ON SIMILAR LINES- AS AGAINST “THEIR BIG BROTHER” Viz: STATE BANK CEO WHO HAD TO TENDER AN UNCONDITIONAL APOLOGY TO THE HON’BLE SUPREME COURT FOR HAVING DEFIED THE COURT ORDERS.
