My All retirees friends,
Those who have gone through my post on whatsapp and email I sent to my close friends regarding my letter to the honourable Prime Minister Sh. Modi ji on 3rd August 2020 & Personal letter through Herian bahi Vyas ji on 22-9-2020, which reached to PM on 24-9-2020. This letter was forwarded by my elder brother shri Herain Vyas ji of Ahmedabad on retirees issues.
Please be well aware that neither AIBRF , UFBU, CPBRO nor IBA were ready to listen the retirees at all on Pension updation issue.
I am happy to infirm you that the first thing that our letter Show its magic was that a premium of the single retirees was separately mentioned , Which was only demand in our letter to PM Sh.Modi ji
It was announced by the Insurance company without asking from IBA or UFBU.
Our prime minister wanted certain information from the department of financial services they called it from IBA, which was not properly responding . So, the Chairman IBA was summoned & told that retirees issues are to be resolved as soon as possible. This news has also appeared in the paper also.Please accept my congratulations that our letters has done tremendously well for the benefit of the Bank pensioner. Please wait for one to two months to get a very good news in favour of all of you .

The post has been repeated by me , With a request to wait atleast for few weeks time to complete the Process.
I am sure that action is being taken by the "highest authority" on our request. So please allow the time to settle the things.In the mean time create Pressure on IBA to send their request to DFS for approval at the earliest.

1- UNIFORM DA TO ALL PENSIONERS AS PAYABLE IN RBI.
2- UPDATING PENSION IN PSU BANKS ON RBI FORMULA.
MEDICAL INSURANCE AT THE COST OF BANKS AS AVAILABLE IN SERVICE EMPLOYEES.
NOTHING MORE OR LESS.
WE ARE NOT AWARE OF PM REMARKS/ INSTRUCTIONS ON OUR LETTER
BUT SINGLE RETIREE PREMIUM MUST BE 50% - THIS IS SOME HOW VISIBLE.
FM ANOUNCEMENT ON UPDATION ALSO PROVES PM INSTRUCTIONS.
SHRI VYAS , Sh.HM NAIK &Sh. TS EMORE CHANNAI HAVE WRITTEN TO PM.They all are close to PM.Sh.Emore is a Raj Sabha Member Since 2002 from DMK & Close to FM.All are helping us.So, wait.
AIBOC & OTHERS WANT TO TAKE CREDIT OF UPDATING THOUGH DONE NOTHING.

This has a reference to your interview published in business times on 29th October 2020. In respect of updating pension of the bank retirees.
We are of the opinion that you should instruct them to implement the updating of pension & DA as it is updated in RBI, instead of requesting CMD of SBI or Chairman IBA. You being the Head of the Finance Department of the country,should give Clear instructions for improvement in pension updation as implemented in RBI,with 100% DA to all including those who retired prior to Nov.2002 .
