Director General, Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, registering their protest against the  move of the Government of India to change the base year to 2016  for the purpose of   CPI - CONSUMER PRICE INDEX as forwarded by AIBEA vide their cir.No.28/229/2020/67 dated 10 SEP 2020.
