You have been quite aware that Com. C N Prasad, GS: SBM commune has succeeded in his efforts to get justice to the pre-2002 retirees through the contempt petition filed against the SBI Management.

In this connection, I invite your kind attention to my letter dated   11 JULY 2018    addressed to our Syndicate Bank Management  as advised by Com. C N Prasad garu , for more clarity :

You are also quite aware that,  on similar lines , to cover all the retirees in rest of the Banks, legal notices were already served on the managements of the rest of the banks  in January / February this year by AIRBEA .

Dear friends,

Our Advocate has informed us that the Contempt Petition by AIRBEA has since been filed.  One more Contempt petition against Indian Overseas Bank is also being filed. 

We are expecting hearing during second week of July, as Hon'ble Supreme Court is closed for vacation till 5th July, 2020
